Unshakeable Hope: A Sermon Series on Revelation

August to Early October 2025

As part of our Directions 2025 — Discipleship in Society — we invite you to journey with us through the Book of Revelation in our sermon series, Unshakeable Hope

In a world of uncertainty, this series anchors us in the secure hope of Christ’s return and calls us to live ready, pure, and missional lives, as we:

  1. Discern the Times – see today’s world through the lens of Revelation.
  2. Live Ready – renew our call to embrace a life of purity, purpose, and expectancy.
  3. Cling to Hope – stand firm in the hope that Christ’s return brings.

Ways to Engage

  1. Attend Worship Services Regularly
Join us onsite or online each week as we dive into Revelation together. Let these messages strengthen your faith and deepen your understanding.

  2. Invite a Friend or Loved One
Share the journey. Bring a friend or loved one along to experience the hope and truth of this powerful series.

  3. Join a Small Group Study Session
Explore Revelation with a Small Group. Groups meet weekly or fortnightly.

  4. Be Part of a Discussion Group
Engage in focused conversations around the sermon themes.

  5. Attend Mid-Week Teaching Sessions
Deepen your understanding with two special sessions:

    • “Overview of Revelation” – 31 July 2025

    • “Ask Anything: Revelation” – 9 October 2025

Let’s grow together as a church family—discerning the times, living ready, and staying missional, while holding on to an Unshakeable Hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Introducing Shared Canvas: A New Way to Reflect and Respond

As we journey through our sermon series on the book of Revelation, we invite you to engage more deeply through a new interactive element called Shared Canvas.

Each week, we’ll be using these Shared Canvas as a space for you to reflect, respond, and share. You’re encouraged to:

  • Share your thoughts and reflections on the weekly sermon
  • Post links to songs, videos, or articles that resonated with the message
  • Upload your own photos or images that visually express how the sermon spoke to you
  • Encourage one another by reading and responding to others’ contributions

This is a meaningful way for us to grow together as a church family, weaving our individual insights into a collective tapestry of faith and discovery.

Look out for the Shared Canvas link each week! We look forward to seeing how God speaks to each of us and through each of us on this shared journey.
